Conatix’ four practice disciplines bridge the firm’s
work with clients in business, government and civil society. strategy—where
your organization is going, and its plan for getting there—applies
no less to environments that are crowded and competitive
than to environments that are uncharted and challenging—areas
where the burden and opportunity rests with your organization
alone.
Every organization relies on its own policies for effective governance.
Some organizations shape policy
for others. All are stakeholders in policymaking. The
stakes are high.
All organizations are knowledge
organizations. Building and managing the organization’s
knowledge about its many stakeholders is no less important than
its capacity to absorb new knowledge from and about the world.
Knowledge is capability. How your organization puts knowledge
to work determines what, how well, and how fast it can do.
change is still the only
constant. The extent to which business, government and civil society
are learning to work together continues to change
what they do, how they do it, and who they cooperate with.
